My X axis driver (the top one pictured in the video) is giving me a red light when i jog the axis. I use to be able to jog the axis at 700ipm with no problems. Now for some reason if i go over 200ipm, it will error and hault the machine. What does the error LED indicate and how do i fix this? I have nothing to go off of, the manual states a slow blink, medium blink, and fast blink. I have never seen all of them so i have nothing to compare it too. help?!

  • could you swap the X & Y axis driver board over to eliminate the board?

  • @Shandybrother I will try, i assume the motors are tuned a hair differently per driver, but it should work in concept. I will check and get back to ya!

  • @Shandybrother The driver lost the settings for some reason! "whew" thought i had bigger problems :) Thanks Shandybrother!

  • the error happens (red LED) at the 28-30 second mark in the video, then triggers estop.
