[Dark Souls] Demon Firesage Boss Fight

Hey look, It's the fucking Asylum Stray Demon Firesage. This can be a bit difficult if you are pure melee (no magic, miracles, etc).

Melee Strategy: Wait for him to swing and try to attack immediately after. You need to try and keep him in the middle so you don't get cornered or pushed against a wall. His shockwave attack has a pretty big radius, so try to stay behind him at all times. When he swings his axe, the shockwave will only damage you if you're in front of him, and when he sits, it will damage you if you are behind and in front.
