Your are either here illegally or here legally. It is illegal to be in the US illegally, hence the term illegal. If someone came into your home, ate your food, after that sat on the couch and watched your cable tv.. all of which you are paying for and did that all without your consent and permission. This would make him a trespasser, he would essentially be in your home illegally. Would you call the cops and demand he is removed? Or let him remain in your home uninvited?
