This is the ten minutes given up specifically to Europe.
David Cameron managed to survive questions about his dubious allies in the European Parliament despite Nick Clegg bringing it. Gordon Brown, instead of picking up where Nick left off and attacking Cameron, he described them as being like his boys at bath time and attacked them both. A missed opportunity.
Cameron came over well saying that Britain's place was in Europe but talked about not giving over any more powers. Clegg was strong in this part and appealed to tory voters by mentioning his time working for Lord Brittan in Brussels - Thatcher's man at the Commission.
@2edsajdmsa No. You also forgot to add "a dickhead" on David Cameron.

I've just gotten my citizenship (through my father, am Aussie born) and am teaching myself about British politics. From what I can tell
Gordon Brown: Old codger who is slowly dying as he debates, out of tune with Britain
David Cameron: Semi-corporate shill, strong debater, pretends to be progressive while retaining his "old boy" leverage
Nick Clegg: Passionate, caring progressive, genuine, but someone we must protect lest he be corrupted by the old powers.
sounds right?
