@ImAButtholeable they wear E.O.B body and anything else they want(typicaly recon). The E.O.B is worn to show they are bungie and they will rarely remove it(unless for some reason they dont want people to know they are bungie).
NOTE: E.O.B is similar to E.O.D body but eob is bungie only and causes the flame effect. EOB stands for Employee Of Bungie. There is currently only 1 person non bungie who legitly has EOB(he obtained it through sarkathalon 4)
