  • @Adol666 Thank you for the reply. I will try that method on my next brew. Still a beginner learning all the details.

  • @vaultsoferowid Oxygenating your wort is very important as the first part of fermentation the yeast need O2. I Oxygenate first then pitch my yeast

  • Alot of videos I have watched tell you to stir the brew after the yeast is added to add oxygen for the yeast. I noticed you did not do this step. Would you recommend doing this or is it not necessary?
