Training to Bike Across America

Beginning June 6, 2009 I'll be biking across America. I'm taking this journey with the organization, "Bike Across America". In order to participate, I have to do some serious physical and mental preparation as well as fundraising. My efforts will benefit the Korean Cultural Center of Chicago (KCCOC). I biked across the USA at age 58 in 2007 and loved it. Plan to do it again in 2011. If you think you can do it, you can. I rode myself into shape, if nothing else. Carried camping gear, too. Did 4,108 miles in 51 days.
