Just 3 weeks ago I failed at lifting 430 very badly lol.
The first lift was me lifting 440 and it felt so easy that I slapped on two 5 pound plates and then 450 which still felt (fairly) easy wtf? lol

Little Guy in the video is my neighbor who lives right below me.

My bad about the view, I know I have a big stomach but I don't give a damn about it till I reach my strength goals THEN I will work on losing it.

On a side note, my chest is starting to get a little definition which is nice considering I'm training for strength only right now lol

  • Thats a really good Job!! It looked good. But I think you could push a bit more wieght like around 470. It looked fairly easy. you didnt evan have a belt or rist wraps or nothing!!

    yeah i got a video of me doing 470 on here to. I got almost to 500 and then had some issues go on in life and stopped lifting weights for like a year. now i can only get about 375, but i will go back up quick. i just got back in the gym a few weeks ago so give it 6 months and ima be getting 500 i hope.

  • I'm guessing that your neighbor is there for moral support because I don't think he will be able to spot you with those massive guns of his.

    Just kidding... not hating. Nice lift but it looked way too easy to be your max.

    lol he didn't think he could help either but here's what I explained to him. Ok my max before this was 425, that means I can at least get 425 pounds of the weight myself so all he would have to lift is the difference (25 pounds) if I wasn't able to get the weight up myself fully.

    yeah, just 46 days ago my max was 425 and was a lot harder to achieve than this 450 was. So that was about a pound gained on the bench press every 2 days.

  • your a big dude and strong, but when i bench over 400 lbs the bar bends...why isnt your bar bending?

  • Not bad, I think you could do 475 if you tried. Reminds me of watching my uncle in the gym, he pushes up 500 pretty easy and he's fairly small 5'11" 220 lbs. Good one.
