I have subscribed to your channel and hope to learn lots from you.
My name is Ayaz, i am 5'7 135-140Lbs..I was wondering if you could help me out with dieting and also if you can help me set up some kind of workout routine for me. Im a hard gainer so i believe its harder for me to gain muscle as most people can. I just need a proper routine to follow that will help me build the body of my dream, if you could help me that would be great.

I am 18 ... 5ft5 ... 135lbs ... bout 14% body fat. I am wondering if i am at the norm / below ...? i've been working out for about 5 months now and before i started i was 122 pounds ... am i making good progression do you have any tips?
I am suplementing with glutamine, creatine, zinz , multivitimins and SixStar Protein. 5g glutamine in the mornings with a multi ... 5g creatine and 5 g glutamine with my my protein shake after working out ... Zinc tablet before a i go to bed ...

Not because it's protein. Any calories that take you over your recommended daily caloric intake can make you put on weight.
