http://www.libertybeats.com Part 2 of 4 of the tutorial on how to make a mash up/bootleg in Ableton, just some basic ideas to get you going then its down to you to build on your creativity, this is a rough guide and there is some mistakes but no intention of creating a full arrangement.   • you should use "warp from here" instead of adjusting (warping) every single beat

  • doesnt always work, especially with old tracks, they are recorded live and not always on time, performed naturally so needs to be digitally destroyed ;-)

  • Why are you adding warp markers on almost every beat? You chopped up the sample in Audacity in the previous vid so you know the length exactly, so you need only two warp markers - one at the start, and one at the end.

  • For best results work backwards from the end of the sampled section you want to warp. This works best for tracks with live recorded drums.
