I admit that the player piano plays 100% better than me!
-
Just curious: What's the second song? The one that begins at 0:57

sounds like stevo?

Play John Stump's Death Waltz on it!

Use this in a homade horror movie... I wish my electric piano had solenoid operated keys...
-
these pianos scare me o_O

Holeywood's idea of saloon piano sound. It's just lack of tuning. Scott Joplin is always played too fast. Curse the people that ran the tempo up back when the twentieth century got going. That still happens when bozos mess with the tempo to-day.

@RMoribayashi honky tonk.... some people like myself prefer out of tune pianos

I agree that midi player pianos are very good because you can pretty much play any song on it. However, there is nothing like pumping a roll and seeing the lyrics roll in front of you . Which is why i will always keep my 1917 player piano.

It's tuned "saloon-style"! I like it for Scott Joplin pieces.

WAY KEWL! But the pianee could use a tuning. The next step in the evolution of players, piano-corders, and now MIDI.
