@oddzuki but according to your video..correct me if im wrong yea. even if my status update is "FRIENDS", if someone from my list comments on it, THEIR friends (who are NOT in my list) can see what they comment n that means they can see MY status too, right?

@TheDinescu Is the person you're subscribed to a famous person or someone on your friends list. Also, have you tried different browsers? Let me know and I'll see what I can figure out!

@lsisaml I was away from Youtube for a bit, but If you haven't figured it out already, this is what you do. Go to the drop down arrow next to "Home" at the top right. Choose Privacy Settings. The first item "How You Connect" is what you need. Click "Edit Settings" and the top line has a link to "Subscribers tab". Click that. At the top right (below the main header for facebook), you'll see edit & settings. Click Settings. Your available subscriber options are there. Hope this helped!

So let me get this straight. A totally random person can see my status update even tho they arent in my list of friends, just as long as one of my friends likes or comments on my status?? considering my friend has that random person in their list?? What kinda of privacy is this!? :(

@sarahchaudhry That's right. Unfortunately, this is the case. The founders of Facebook feel that this is the natural progression of how people find and share information. They don't look at it as a privacy "issue" from what I can gather from their comments. I think the best thing to do is, look to see if the "globe" icon or the "two people" icon next to a status update is selected. That'll help define if it's fully public or just a "friend to friend" post. Does that make sense?
