".50 CALIBER ARM WORKOUT!" This short, but intense workout is great for hitting your arms and engaging the core at the same time! I'm not going to lie, these are fairly advanced movements that will require some work to really get down and have proper form. In future tutorials, I'll post regressions of all these movements that will help build up to the ones shown here. Don't get discouraged and keep at it!

Hey Susan! That tricep extn exercise(the last one that you did in the routine). Is one of my favorite tricep bodyweight exercises. The ultimate test is if you can push up onto your feet (until then the knees are the midpoint). Now that, is the ultimate test, enjoy! I love your channel! :-)

aaah, I want your strength and your muscles
but I'd keep a bit more fat on my body for my taste
once I'm done with the 30 days abs challenge (not yours unfortunately, I only found your channel after I'd already started that one) I will definitely try your pumped up kicks and this workout

I have never used it myself, I have known a few people who have tried it but I don't think they made it the full 90 days! It seems people have gotten great results from it, I think you just have to really commit to the 90 days!
