first of all, i obviously meant that they cant prove youre high immediately. theres no immediate way to tell (like a breathalyzer for alcohol)

also, they need to have a judges consent to give you a piss test. that really only comes when you go to trial for some drug related crime. them thinking that youre high on the street is not reason enough to take you to court. or to even arrest them, for that matter. just stop. youre clueless.
