Where Are You? ~Jemi One Shot Part One~

Demi's P.O.V.

Selena and I were walking around the mall, desperately looking for something Joe would love. Knowing him, he'd probably buy me something like
a bracelet or something. We walked into Target and went to the men section. I found this blue polo shirt, I held it up to Selena.

(No p.o.v.)

Demi; Sel, do you think he'd like this? (holds up the shirt)
Selena; I don't know, you're his girlfriend.
Demi; Yes, but you've known him longer than I have.
Selena; Why dont you buy him some...cologne? he probably needs some more?
Demi; Sel, he doesn't reek.
Selena; I said cologne, not soap. (Walks over to another clothing rack and finds a superman shirt.) OMFG, PERFECT! (Holds up the shirt)
Demi; Hm, really?
Selena; OF COURSE!, he loves Superman! He'll think it's funny and i find it adorable.
Demi; *sighs* Okay, i'll take it.

(Demi's P.O.V)

Selena and I headed back to my car and drove back to my house. Selena started grinning when we reached my house. I took out my keys and looked at her.
"What?" I asked. "Nothing." she replied. I asked her if she would like to hang out at my house for a bit, but she declined my offer. I took the bag with Joe's shirt in it and walked up to the front door and unlocked it. The lights were turned off and I couldnt see a thing. I heard someone coming near me, they were so close to me that I could feel their breath. They wrapped their hands around my waist, gripping me tightly. I gasped and dropped everything in my hand. They turned on the lamp and turned me around quickly, making me face them. Once i realized who they were, i spoke "Jo-" Joe interrupted me with a slow, passionate kiss. Our tongues found their way into each of our mouths, my gosh, i needed him..bad. Joe and I pulled away. He gave me a tight hug, while pulling him away, I gave him a peck on the cheek. I slapped his stomach, playfully. "You scared the living hell out of me, you know that right?" I said with a tiny giggle. He smiled at me and placed his hands over my eyes. "Okay, don't peek." he told me. "Even if i do, your hands are over my eyes." I replied. "Yes, but im taking them away in a sec. So, dont open your eyes." he replied back. I covered my eyes with both of my hands and waited for Joe to come back.
"Are you almost done yet?"
"Almost."
I felt a piece of cold metal around my neck.
"Okay, open them."
I quickly opened my eyes, looking down at my chest I saw a beautiful heart shaped necklace.

I gasped, "Joe, those aren't real..diamonds, are they?"
"They are." "Joe, we both promise we wouldn't get anything fancy." "Yes, but Dem, you're completely worth it." He kissed my forehead, then my lips.
Joe turned the necklace over, I read the black writing, "I love you, Demetria. -Joe."
I smiled to myself, "it's okay, now, it's my turn." I bent down and grabbed the target bag and I handed it to him.
Watching Joe's reaction was priceless. Joe: Aha!, this is great. I'm totally going to wear it. *Pulls her into a hug*
Demi: *Hugs him back* I'm glad you like it! *giggles and pecks his lips*

Joe seems really happy with the shirt, his inner kid never left him. Joe started walking upstairs and opened my bedroom door and then the door to my balcony.
I followed him and wrapped my arms around his waist. Joe; "Know whats crazy?" Demi: "what?" Joe: "Life. I mean, this all can go away. either today or even tomorrow. and how things nothing ever lasts forever." Demi: "Babe, why do you say that?" Joe: "No reason...but, look at me...whatever happens, i want you to know that I love you with all my heart, and nothing will change. I want to give you a simple challenge." Demi: *Nods* What kind of challenge?
