Swimming dragon form done at about twice the normal speed. Munich training. For info on how to learn Swimming D from master Li in Melbourne: www.freedomfightingarts.com
This is the most beautiful form I've seen and done as well as any Chinese person. There are a lot of powerfull leg strenghtening movements and he seems to use all of joints as a yoga session would. How long does it take to learn and where can you learn it?
@rockleex Would be awesome if you could share your version. So that we could see the more relaxed way of doing this. Thanks

You're really good at memorizing all the movements. But it seems to me you still haven't loosened your body enough.
Relaxation is the most important aspect, everything else will naturally come after.
Just some bits of advice from my own personal experience.
