A couple notes:

"Bentora" from what I gather skimming ja.wikipedia, is just another term for a UFO.

"Lovely~ Nirasawa-san" I assume refers to Nirasawa Jun'ichirou, a businessman known for claiming to be a UFO eyewitness. I think that's what the starred note says at that part of the video, too lazy to look up all those kanji though.

UPDATE: Very late but no! Apparently there's another Nirasawa related to aliens. Nirasawa Yasushi is an illustrator known for designing movie monsters and yes, aliens. Thanks to monkeysleo for suggesting I look that up again, a quick Google cleared it up.

And apparently that's Kotonoha from School Days.

As for Professor Ootsuki... your guess is as good as mine. Might have something to do with how "Ootsuki" sounds like "otsuki-sama" (the moon).
