technic : a piece of wood saw with my Japanese Dozuki z-saw( it have a cut of 1mm very expensiv but I love this saw),with a drill maschine and a centerbit make a hole (upright of sensitive drill ) and polish with 0000 steelwool.Take my z-saw and saw the form sometimes I use a disc-type sander (grain 80).With a mini drill hand maschine( so one like a dentist) and some (dental HSS cut (very expensiv but a good standtime)and 5000-10000 turns per minute) I cut the form. Then with mini drill maschine and some sander (grain 80 then 120 with 1500-3000 turns per minute) I sanding the end finisch from the form. Now I'm sanding with the hand (grain 120, 300, 600) and steelwool grain 0000. process for surface treatment : I brusch shellac(ethyl alcohol basis) and let it 24 h drying.Sanding again with 0000 steelwoll and polishing ( 1500-2500 turns per minute)with the mini drill mashine and carnauba wax. Some times I take only Oil and carnauba wax.

dental laboratory technician
I am one of them
why I wear and make wood rings?
The ground level is full of living. My personalty opinion is that metal is cold, it's dead.In my dental laboratory technician time I make the experience that a lot of people have a allergic reaktion with metal and wood rings would be an altanative.
The metal costs are explode and other resource are interesting.Wood tell a story sometime a mythological.Wood need respect please think that a plant more is dead.
I don't sell rings, this is my personalty art and I don't like commercial things.
