Come to think of it, Unohana, Kyoraku, and Ukitake seem like a balanced fighting group. Unohana=caster of offensive and healing spells, Kyoraku=a primarily physical fighter, and Ukitake=a tank who absorbs enemy attacks and flings them back at them. Theyr the perfect team :)
