Spektrum™ telemetry technology makes it possible for you to get real-time information on your model's battery voltage, motor rpm, motor temperature and more. Many Spektrum transmitters feature built-in telemetry data receivers that let you view this information on their LCD screens. You also have the option of monitoring telemetry using the Spektrum STi™ app for the Apple® iPad®, iPhone® or iPod touch®.

We walk you through the use of the multiple sensors available through Spektrum. We explain where to install, how to install and how to read the data. We show you real time operation in flight with multiple model types through this 3-part series. Take a look and learn more about the new world of RC telemetry with Spektrum technology.

  • many wires : (

  • Great video - I have the telemetry unit and did not ralise that the binding is done by pressing the bind button once. I use a Y cable between the rx and telemetry unit and put a bind plug in - this makes it a lot easier with only one pair of hands :-). Also did not notice the loop on the temp sensor to help out it around battt or ESC (as I have mine)
