@nittasayuri07 She whistled the last part in Barretos concert in Brazil in 2010.I was there. A great concert. The first whistle wasnt perfect, but then she did it again...and got a better one.

i love how she sounds husky live after 1997. her voice went thru transitions, i like all of her voice phases... but i do not like how she has to always edit her voice in the studio to sound high pitched now. it sometimes sounds a bit over done, we all know she cant sing thaaaat high live anymore. i feel like she does this just cuz she wants to live up to title of still having such a high voice. she needs to stop playing w/ her voice in the studio and let us hear her natural husky tone.

I love how she always mentions that she recorded the song as a tribute to Brenda K Starr, the original singer of I Still Believe and the one who helped to launch Mariah's career...Thank you, Mariah for being so generous...I'm a big fan of yours truly and Brenda K Starr, both versions are beautiful and each one has beautiful memories attached to it from the mid-eighties (original song) to the late nineties (tribute song)
