I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I hope that one day you will get justice for this beautiful little girl. I have a 8 month old little girl and couldn't imagine life without her. This makes me cry, i'm so sorry. Words can't say enough. RIP Angel.
I wish the "law" would do something about these cases. These baby's are people too.

So if the sick woman who did this is free right now don't you ever just want to get revenge on her knowing that at any time she could do this again???

No. The case never mad eit past the grand jury. They said there was not enough evidence to convict the woman who did it, even though specialists who did her autopsy said the damage to her brain proved this was what happened and narrowed down the time frame to the time when only the babysitter was with Cheyenne. Unfortunately for us, there is a law that protects these specialists from having to testify in court cases because it pulls them from their work.

Without this evidence and testimony, there was not enough to make the case against this woman stick. I don't know how anyone could hold the proof that a child was murdered and be okay with not standing up to make sure the person responsible went to prison. But I guess this is only one of the many injustices suffered every day.

who shook this baby?
sassienickence24 2 years ago
The babysitter shook her causing severe head drauma that lead to her death a few days later. Cheyenne was on life support and would have spent the rest of her life in a coma, brain dead, deaf and blind being fed through a tube. Our family chose not to keep her on lifesupport once we were told for sure she would never recover. It was the hardest thing our family has ever had to face and we miss her so much! She would have been 3 in May & is expecting a baby brother in June.
