I never saw them live, and although was I born in 1976, I heard from reliable sources-that this was the best live act of the west coast rock scene of the late sixties. Their presentation is or was an integration with the audience, plus, their sets were not repetetive. Their playing seemed to be Jazz orientated, or similar in the sense that nothing was set or expected.
