855 on the negative, 675 on the concentric. Very tough. See my training log for full comments.

  • where did you get the weight realesers?

  • @chrishickson

I built them. I can't find any place to buy them anymore.

  • Looks like if the weigh releaser never came off you would of been buried!

  • That's kind of the point.

It would've been 850 pounds, too. No shame in getting buried with that.

  • Anyone else notice that was done without a belt!?

  • @Power275 Great lift. I squat to try and aid in improving acceleration and power for field sports. With your huge level of relative strength and you look pretty lean, do you think this amount of leg strength helps you sprint faster? I know you may not know or be interested, just wondering?

  • @ColdHardReality1611 no, the weight releasers are 180 lbs, I think Mike T. is more like 275 lbs.

  • Can anyone say B.E.A.S.T !! 675 no belt at 180 he looks more like 240 look at the tree trunk legs awsome lift man

  • Chains!!!

  • Crazy.. so crazy I like it!! moahhaah

  • man you could've fucked yourself up

  • superb!

  • Very Nice! The no belt was pretty bad ass and your depth was really low.
