  • Thank you for compiling all of this. I think throwing had a lot to do with bipedal location because throwing requires very quick relocation on the intended receiving end. Our land locked ancestors may have either needed to dodge harmful projectiles, or even catch food which might get spoiled if it hit the ground. Humans are very very adequate as far as being able to go in directions that they aren't pointing, and I think it is due to a need to quickly relocate because of projectiles.
