@VBaskin2010 No, because it's not. The ship unearthed in RID isn't even named in cartoon, so you've kind of taken a leap here.
I think you need to familiarize yourself with the Transformers multiverse.
RID Optimus Prime and G1 Optimus Prime are demonstrably not the same person. By your logic, and since Beast Wars is an extension of the G1 cartoon, G1 Optimus and RID Optimus must be the same. Cos they have the same name and, like, stuff.

@doommaster956 I don't think they say. After the pods all crashed to Earth, they seem to have detected some of them (Silverbolt, Quickstrike, Transmutate, etc), so presumably they recovered the ones they could. But considering they were in orbit around Earth, you'd have to guess that some were just plain inaccessible and are still "here".
