do you know why some of these buses i see when the driver turns the master awitch to toggle the yellows it makes a clicking noise until you shut the door for the reds to quit working do you know why they make that clicking noise

Yeah, the clicking sound you hear are the relay switches that make the lights flash. Most Blue Bird buses make the clicking sound. But others do as well.

one more question, does this bus still have its stop arm and crossing arm? or did they remove it?
