  • Is this blade a good cutter? Like can you use it on those mats?

I'm going to buy one soon and I just wanna know what it can do while I wait :)

  • @MWizH - this is a great cutter! You can use it on those mats for cutting practice. We have also used this sword on palm tree leaves as well. It is well worth the wait!

  • @MWizH Yes this blade is a good cutter. I actually have one of these in my personal collection and regularly do tameshigiri with it. This is one of our more popular blades in this price range.

  • lovely katana

  • @ladyamerias Well thank you. It is one of my favourites in my personal collection. Obviously I handle a lot of blades because of business but I do love the saya, and blade of this particular sword.

  • I'm still interested in this katana but I'm still waiting for my other katana to arrive first. What sort of method do you use to ship your swords? Because I live in the UK there may be a problem if the product has to pass through British customs.

  • @DarkChaoto We typically ship via USPS and as of so far have not had any issues shipping to the UK. The only thing that affects shipping to UK is if it is handmade or not as handmade swords are considered to be an antiquity in the UK and are allowed in the country.

  • @SamuraiSupply thank you but im not really looking for any specific price and i was just wondering if you sold any other forges...and again thank you

  • @Troglodite89 yes we have several. The average swords that are priced between 100-say around 250 are usually maru type of forge style. We have several Muku kitae, and San Mai forged swords as well. Are you looking for a price on a specific one that I can help you out with?

  • i have one question do you guys have any swords made using the Honsanmai technique? it's not realy a big deal but im just wondering if all the swords you sell are made using the Maru technique
