Each year thousands of teens in the United States complete suicide. It is the third leading cause of death among 15-24 year olds. Have you been affected by suicide? You know, usually teenagers don't just "complete suicide". As a parent, it is your JOB to look past the smiles your children give you. It is your JOB to look past the "I'm fine's".This young man could have perfectly fit under the category of depression, and nobody would have known it because he hadn't felt comfotable talking to anyone. Suicide is NOT a selfish act. Sometimes for people who suffer with depression, to them it doesn't matter if something makes sense.

it probably wasnt something that had happened on that night that made him commit suicide but pushed him over the edge, it had probably been something that had been in his mind along time,he maybe also suffered depression i'm so sorry for his mother x

All you gotta do to prevent this f rom happening just say hi to the person cause you never know how much you made their day. i got that from mtv's if you really knew me

Yep that is true I'm rich, i have everything i want in life, i have loving parents and still i fell into depression.. But my parents had a doctor over for dinner and looked passed what i was saying and told my parents.. Now i'm getting better..
