@lespaultommy You are very rude. It actually looks like a pretty good coffee for the quality of the machine that she used to make it. A lot of the tips were good for someone who would be in the same situation ie a home user with the same quality level machinery. Pretty sure 'your boss' wouldn't have you making coffee on a breville machine ;-) But I see where you're getting at.. this is not the 'Perfect Latte', but it's a good starting point for people wanting to learn the basics.

Hi Sammy,
I think we're actually using the regular portafilter not the dual wall filter.
Traditionally, the dual wall filter is for newbies. As you get better at pulling a shot, you'll see that the other filter will serve you better.
