  • Im stuck between this les paul and the fender american deluxe strat, I LOVE the versatility with this les paul

  • @jdb89142 Yeah, this particular year and combination is amazing. They have changed everything since the 2009 year, so be careful in what you order. This one is just superb and can't be beat honestly if you want a Les Paul. It will not give you the Strat sounds of course, but the Tele sounds are so very close and the humbucker sounds are great. Just stay away from any Fenders that have the "Noiseless" pickups in them. They are major dogs of a pickup. Lace Sensors are the way to go there.

  • I LOVE your reviews, Scott! Damn, I want one of these!

  • @KimKarterthewriter Thank you so very much! Yeah, these are very cool. They've got this version still, but soooo many different versions of them out now. So, if you get any other year than the 2009 (Which were all identical to this one) watch out for which one you get. They will ALL still be called the Traditional Pro, but you can get the fatter 50's necks, the P-90 pickups (which takes away the whole coil splitting thing....so you have single coils only) etc. So, choose wisely! Cheers.

  • does it have strap locks ? cause the epiphone have some

  • @stevoracing13 Then the Epiphone is a stinking pile of shit with $5.00 strap locks on it. lol They have received nothing but horrible reviews. Even at the prices the Epiphones run at, you are simply wasting money if it's a shit guitar. Why worry about dropping a pile of crap? Makes no sense. Ya'll keep those wonderful Epiphones up in the great white North. A?

  • you shred

  • @69guitarchick Yes, Mr. Mackey. I love that dude! He's a trip. Thank you very much. Yeah, I have a great time, all the time. Many thanks my friend and thanks for peeking in!

  • Mmkay. You remind me of the teacher from South Park lol. I just want to say that even though I don't usually play blues or classic rock too much, I love your videos and always come back to them. You really look like you're having a hell of a time playing these guitars and you seem to really know your stuff. Awesome videos :)

  • @phenixreturns Yes you did, and I can get that sound from any guitar and any amp. It doesn't matter if it's a tube amp, solid state, Fender, Marshall, Silvertone or what, I'll always be able to get that tone because it's me that creates that tone, not any of my gear.
