Your QOTD - Are you asking the % of people collecting unemployment benefits or the % of people unemployed? I'm not a fan of the "official" number because it excludes a TON of people who are out of work. Unemployment numbers, along with GDP numbers are grately softened and inaccurate. If they reported the "real" numbers, I think more people would be up in arms. Sad really.

I live in Ohio, had 2 jobs, lost both of them 4 months ago, didn't make enough according to the state to collect unemployment. There are 17 US states above 10% right now. And Colorado always used to be in the Top 10 states in real estate, that's going down. The entire upper midwest and Northeastern part of the US are getting hit hard right now with job loss.

Demcad, my prediction for the number of unemployed if you count the 67,000 ALREADY LAYDOFF, I believe it will get up to 10% I believe we'll see another 100,000 Jobs lost, AFTER the 67,000 I've already counted.
