i have a friend and she is in competitive gymnastics. right now shes a level 5. shes so bendy! her name is katelyn. well, you were really good. are you still a lev 8 or are you higher now?

Not long. Did it with my coach on the chiken grips when i was in competitive then went to national and tried on the bars with my coach like a bunch of times, and eventually wasnt scared.. it depends how quick you learn things. I learn fast so it took me like half a year.

Yeah, i fractured my tail bone when i was like 8 years old and stopped for a bit but it just twisted so im facked:P But yeah coaching is the next best thing! :) and Thanks, alot :)

Well, i quit last year and i was aiming for level 9 but my injuries got in the way and school so i had to quit. But im still a coach and will start training for level 9 again soon so (:

That was cool. I was wondering. Why is it that some people to straddle glide kips and others pike glide kips Or when you do the sole circle you put one foot on a time. When I do them I do two feet.

Thank you! and everyone does step down, with one foot at a time, if their comming from a handstand. But everyonme does 2 feet when comming from a kip, also people do pike glide or staddle because it could be just easier for them. What ever feels comfertablest or just the way taught.
