This is a segment from "Beyond" by Morimoto, one of the animated shorts featured in the "Animatrix".

In the story, the house is actually an area of the Matrix that is malfunctioning, causing all kinds of unexplainable anomalies, etc. While the main character searches for her missing cat, a few younger children play there, believing the house to be haunted.

Why is it that every few comments some names a drug that they must have taken? Obviously it's a glitch in the matrix.

@Xaltus Yes its not well know but i found it easily, Its from Chris Neilman - Beyond. But the song at the start doens't feel nothing like the short seconds we hear in the movie/animation, it only comes up later at the middle to the end.
