clearly a protest as going inside the pegs. but if anything possiable 3rd against 1st but would be quickly demissed as the 2nd horse hanging in caused it. but the winner traving to well to lose the race. the driver of the second horse looks like a wanker, he caused him to go inside the pegs. and there was no advantage going inside, not like the corners

no passing lane there he cant bring his horse that far inside you can see the driver of the lead horse tugging the left line trying to take the rail but by that time he didnt have the room, should have ben fined for that.
