Personally I'd like to see some more Death Claw Interruptions and more factions going up against "The Horde" of Ghouls :3 Like Vet rangers vs. Ghouls would be awesome. All with epic music, of course.

I have some ideas:
Super Mutants vs. Ghouls (Which race are the real radiation bretheren?)
Joshua Graham vs. Gojira (The Burned Man might've survived being scorched alive, thrown off the Grand Canyon, and multiple Legion hit squads, but will be able to take the heat of the true monster of the West?)
The Enclave Remnants vs. NCR Veteran Rangers (The NCR found the remnants of the Enclave, but do the know who they're truly fucking with?)
The Enclave Remnants vs. Brotherhood Paladins (Same as above
