@durianriders The "80/10/10 diet" is a disgrace to the raw food movement. All these percentages are meaningless. Dr. Doug Graham is a balding wrinkly guy from his "fruitarian" diet. In some of your videos I notice a thinning of your hair. I can tell you guys don't have many sprouts, weeds, and greens in your diet. You fail to realize fruit nowadays contains 30x more sugar than centuries ago because of hybridization by humans to make it sweet. It feeds the addiction.

I personally do not follow Doug Graham's recommendations as many people have gotten sick by following them. I am a raw foodist but have created my own plan based on overall nutrition and not the recommendations of an Natural Hygienist.

I am curious about the 80/10/10 as well. So, it will be fun to see if you go through with it. I need to buy the book. Is it as simple as eating lots of fruit and veggies only with very small amounts of fat like in banana, avocado, and coconut?
