@Jamessharpshooter the point is that on a real fight, someone who knows taekwondo will not use punches becuase they are trained to use their kicks. An expert would less likely use his punches since they could knock someone out with a swift and powerful kick... lol

What i do not like about Tae Kwon Do is that they leave their punches out after they attack, it opens the body for an opportunity. it can act as a weight and with a slight pull as the person punches can lead to a fall forward.
