@josh1492 Only because of space constraints. There is much more I COULD say if there was space to do so, but there isn't, so I say what I can and leave the rest to you. We DO have too much government. If they would just get out of the way and let the free market system do what it does best, we would be out of this recession/depression in no time at all. Government does NOT want us to use our ingenuity -- they wand to TELL us what we can and can't do and that is just not right.

This bill only closes tax loopholes it does not raise corporate tax rates. This bill limits the number of itemized deductions that those who make over 200k or families that make over 250k can make(400 billion over 10 years) this bill will develop infrastructure and is paid for via a few minor changes to how those at the very top pay taxes. Since infrastructure is the highest return investment that can be made(as long as its needed) those types of project are given priority.

@josh1492 - How and where are inherently taught in the process of teaching one to fish. Social engineering is a fallacy. How about teaching people the basics and letting them decide what to do with it? Let them use the ingenuity they were born with. Teach them correct principles and they will govern themselves. We have too much government right now. It gets in the way of ingenuity and entrepreneurship. Money and STUFF is not everything. Integrity is way more important.

@emjee I am trying to spread awareness so that we can develop our nation in an effective manner. Not only does investing in building and rebuilding infrastructure help put construction workers and the unemployed to work It helps lay the foundation for our long-term economic growth and competitiveness, which both, in turn, return revenue to the government coffers and fix the budget deficit that the Republican's created with their tax cuts for the rich and their unfunded wars.

It is about development. Some may favor a anarchist society but America, being the worlds largest economy, will not benefit in the long run by abandoning social development.We need to continue being the best into the future and this will only be accomplished by developing our society and empowering all of its people to contribute as much as possible. Only by working together will this country reach its full potential. Somehow you equate taxes with handouts but it should be about development
