no its not because thers a hole kind off and pitcher when a hole is by the mound there able to have there foot come of contact a little bit hope it helped and p.s i know this bucuse i have done this alot in my 10u leage

it's legal... she didn't bring her hands apart more than once, and at least one foot was on the rubber at all times.

@MakeupxxDoll she rocks at the beggining (not illegal i'm a pitcher and i do it too) and when she's done dragging because the ball is already released, she may lift up her foot.

@djshepherd915 I understand what you are saying, and I understand the rule. Trust me, I've seen worse ( as I am sure you have ). I have 2 daughters, both played. It just always frustrated me when I saw the pitcher leap forward with the ball in hand, and just because her toe is dragging it's a legal pitch. I'm not all fired up about it, just always seemed kind of dumb to me.
