Love Yourself tattoo

1.17.12 update. A video sharing with you guys my most treasured tattoo, "Love Yourself". It's a discreet tattoo I had done this past year. I made it discreet because it is not something I need anyone to see because I had this done for me. This is a permanent remind to myself to "love myself".
& to "love myself" does not only mean to like myself but to be good to me, to nourish all aspects of myself, my mind, body & soul. I am sharing with you guys some experiences I had in my early child hood that in a way, shaped me. & it is these experiences, as well as my journey with dealing with an eating disorder, that resulted in this tattoo. This is my little piece of self healing, a reminder to always love myself.

hey! I just wanted to say that I myself struggled with an eating disorder for 6 years and was in rehab for it. rehab wasn't the solution to overcoming it.
