Whitney tells her story behind her journey towards reaching a healthy weight, showing photos and videos of her before vegan and as an unhealthy vegan (eating processed foods). She explains how she discovered that she was sensitive to gluten and soy, which made her look puffy, and that eating too much oil, salt, and sugar had similar effects. While she didn't become a vegan to lose weight, this change in diet made a big impact and taught her how to look at foods as fuel, not just pleasure.

  • @ariesterrazas If you are eating only fruit and veg then you are not getting a balanced diet, of course you're hungry!

    You NEED to add cereal (like rice, quinoa, etc; even pasta and bread) and protein (pulses like chickpeas and lentils, seitan, tofu, tempeh etc) plus b12 etc

    Being vegan isn't just about taking away the animal products from your diet and eating what's left, it's about replacing them with new ingredients

    Lots of websites can help you out.
