are you sure this video is made in dominican republic, it looks more that haitian people that dominican, in my country there are more mulatos that black, ok? mulato is the combinacion of black and white people, which is very normal the mixt of race there, i belive this was made in haiti.

mulatto is one black parent and one white parent. this encounter for most dominicans happened 400 years ago. dominicans for the most part are multi generationally mixed ppl...so its mixed on top of mixed on top of mixed people. in america they would be considered black regardless of this fact
