when I have a text which is not read we have a light blinking on the keypad button indicating that there is a missed call or unread message in Nokia, so in IPHone is there anything which alerts through a beep or light blinking to alert us there is a unread message or missed call

@mysoreroyal1 Not really. Once your phone has ringed, it will simply show you on your lock screen, but you will have to check yourself. It kind of sucks there's not little blinking light like you mentioned.

@4ofclubs100 Which application? iMessage? You can't get iMessage on the iPod Touch 2G. You can use similar apps like: Textplus and Textfree. Good luck!

@mysoreroyal1 Go into "Settings" then "General" then "Passcode Lock" then select "Turn Passcode On" and then you can setup your own passcode :) CHeers!
