Steadytracker user Review and test

My Verdict

Steadytracker is easy to use and effective,
It took me one minute to mount and balance the camera.

I have used a glidecam and I could say that
Steady tracker is almost same at fly mode
but it surpass performance when used in low,
angled and periscope modes.

What I can do best with Steadytracker than
the Glidecam is follow focusing
and zooming while in fly mode.

Cons: Stability. It's not so impressive compared to a full time glidecam or merlin.

Pros: Handling. I don't see it Difficult to use.

I've been using glidecam for almost 3years and it sprained my wrist often time.

I don't think I'm too impressed with it. Compared to the Steadicam Merlin, Steady Tracker's horizon seems like it sways or swings side to side much more wildly.

@aroque22 you should just look up the merricam...you can mod a tripod into one of these and in my opinion works just as good...do yu really want to pay 100 somethng for a metal tube with a weight at the bottom? you could just make that in like 2 hours and under like 20 bucks..

The chicken chase as scence was funny and cool at the same time. I like how balanced it stayed.

I like the video and thanks for the test and all but what I really hate about this video is the too much motion blur that you put in.
