After 10 Americans tried to take children out of Haiti last month, medical evacuations for critically wounded children have slowed dramatically because of paperwork requirements.
Since all of these injuries are caused by the same thing, falling concrete, I don't see why they can't fully equip more hospital ships and park them right in the middle of the Port-au-Prince harbor and take care of these children.
Surely there isn't any paperwork required to put a child in a bed on a ship for a week or so and then bring the child back to land.
