Yep. Cliche is in a different class. Todd is one of the top three songwriters in my lifetime. But Cliche is a special work. The top work by a top writer.

Sure I have a miriad of favorite bands, but Todd is heads above all the rest when it comes to songwriting ability.

A Master of sound ... musical genius. I'll never forget my first concert at Royal Oak Theatre. On the Bosa Nova tour, I got to be on stage .... randomly picked from some guy that came up to me and asked me if I wanted to. I was like yeah, right, sure buddy. But it was true! My friend and I got to be onstage for almost all of the concert. I found the true meaning of a dream come true!

Brilliant, is an understatement, where r the words? who woulda thought I woulda luv'd this guy so much, barely born the year his first song came out, see him every chance I get for 20 years now!

This has to be the best version of Cliche I have heard - If i was gay - I would declare that I love Todd !!! - By the way Im not gay !

The comments here pretty much speak for themselves and I heartily agree. Todd is fucking amazing. But this particular song is...in a class by itself. I mean seriously...when do you EVER hear lyrics like this: 'Here sit I, one man show, I vivisect and then pretend to know. All it ever gets me is an ache in the mind. Can't somebody help me to try to make the knot unwind?'

This is incredible! Thank you for posting this, I didn't know he ever used this voice (or had it) anymore after hearing so much of the Arena style. A phenomenal artist.
