We have a MERCER apartments in Woodland hills, CALIF...but not nice like this one...

Ours flooded during a 3 day rain...and management basically told us to learn how to swim...

All our furnitures were soaked we had no room to walk on unless we wanted to splash ourselves with rain water...

we had more water in our living room than our goldfish's bowl...
