This video is meant to help players understand how the "meta" game of League of Legends works. Your main account levels up as you play, gives you access to rune slots, new characters, masteries, and abilities. By level 12 all abilities are unlocked, however it takes until level 30 to unlock all of the mastery and rune slots.
