csp is 1.6 on source engine.
so the same way of aiming, weapons are as similar as possible, flash won't leave an annoying after image, smoke will pop out instantly like in 1.6. you'll be able to wallbang and the maps will be remade to be as close to 1.6 as possible but still have that nice source graphics

Basically cs 1.6 gameplay with CCS graphics, but they are a few new editions. Its meant for the competitive counter-strike community. I can't wait until 1.04 is released the community is going to switch over so fast!

jeah its kinda 1.7^^ a better 1.6 source grafics physics(ragdolls) n stuff...
and maps are 1.6ish but with the possibilyties of source(3D skybox - high res textures...)
so any true cs gamer can live with it...
cs 1.6 gamers will be happy of 1.6 gameplay with better gafics - what thay anted to have with source but didnt get...
and source gamers will be happy about grafics and cool maps and about the new chelenge of 1.6...

I'd suggest you make all the competitive maps before these. Ruska, tuscan, strike etc

CSP , is COUNTERSTRIKEPROMOD,.
It means .. COunter strike 1.6 Gameplay , harder headshots better hitboxe's and stuff , with CS:S graph's

The servers were down for maintenance but the forums are now available, check again.
